Fees
The fee guide is correct as of February 2011 and should be treated as a guide only. Please call the Practice for up to date prices or for any further details. Cost is subject to variation based on materials used, complexity and duration of treatment etc and will be tailored to each individual patient’s case.
*Our policy of free children's examinations applies to the children of all registered adult patients. To qualify, children must be both under the age of 18 years and in full time education. A separate Children’s Fee Guide is available from the Practice reception.
Payment Policy
Our payment policy is simple. We ask that you pay at each visit for any treatment carried out. We accept cash, cheques supported by a banker’s card, most debit and credit cards.
Finance
For more extensive courses of treatment, a full written description of your treatment plan will be provided along with your estimate. Finance options are available to help spread the cost of your care. This will be subject to status and certain terms and conditions will apply.
Missed or short notice cancelled appointments
When you book an appointment at the Practice, this time is reserved for you, and we assume that you will be attending unless you advise us otherwise. If you cannot make an appointment for any reason, please try and give the Practice at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient, or more importantly help someone in an emergency. We may under certain circumstances make a charge for missed appointments and those cancelled at short notice.
